The new development project from BryantCorp is accesible via the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Downtown Owensboro/Waterfront lobby. Along with tables and chairs inside the coffee shop, there is an outdoor patio overlooking the Owensboro Convention Center and the Ohio River. Both interior and exterior spaces have been transformed and serve as workable spots for a morning meeting, a stop mid-walk along the waterfront, or a seat before an event next door.
