Sarah Clay Mardam-Bey

Sarah Clay joined the family business in 2014 after serving as an oncology nurse practitioner where she specialized in bone marrow transplant and end-of-life care. After working at BryantCorp, the family operating business, for 9+ years, she opened Bryant Vision, the Bryant Family’s family office, where she serves as President. Sarah Clay enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and needlepointing. Mostly she enjoys exploring the world with her husband and three children.
Malcolm Bryant

Malcolm serves as Bryant Vision’s Director of Development. He has an irrational optimism he brings to all those around him. Even though he’s a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), you’re just as likely to see him volunteering as the Easter Bunny as in a business suit seeking out new development opportunities for the Bryant family. Married for over 40 years to his wife, Sally, he enjoys two wonderful children, their spouses, three incredible grandchildren, and a dog named Boo.
Sally Bryant

Sally serves as a member of our Board of Directors. She loves to stay organized and bring balance and order to all areas of her life. Even though she has a BA in Environmental Design, most of her work experience over the years has been in accounting and organizational systems. When she has some spare time and is not needlepointing, you might find her on the Snake River watching for a fish to rise. Married for over 40 years to her fellow co-founder, Malcolm, she enjoys two wonderful children, their spouses, three incredible grandchildren, and a dog named Boo.
Harrison Bryant
Member of the Board of Directors
Harrison serves as a member of our Board of Directors. With a hospitality and musical background, he currently works at the family’s operating business, BryantCorp, as Operations and Marketing Manager. During his time at BryantCorp, he has also worked as a Director of Sales and a Hotel General Manager. Prior to working at BryantCorp, he worked as a front desk agent at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Nashville and as a box office supervisor and artistic coordinator at the Nashville Symphony. Harrison has a Bachelor of Music Performance in cello from the University of Miami (FL) and is a member of the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra.
