Midtown
With its imposing trompe-loi (fool the eye) exterior, the four-story Midtown Building is a distinguished area landmark. Situated opposite the Owensboro Museum of Fine Art and within walking distance of the Brescia University campus, it also is home to a number of service-oriented companies.
Midtown is a singular example of The Malcolm Bryant Corporation’s personal regard for its clients. For instance, TMBC recently completed a comprehensive interior renovation project that heightened the friendly atmosphere and professional aspect of this 53,000-square-foot office and retail complex. There is, in fact, 20,000 square feet of retail area on the first floor. A number of storefronts face Frederica Street, Owensboro’s busiest north/south artery.
In addition to offering layout choices, customizing offices is a hallmark of The Malcolm Bryant Corporation. The requirement of each client is carefully studied and plans promptly adapted to ensure optimum benefit. In most instances utilities and daily janitorial services are provided for the office suites, which can accommodate from one to thirty persons. There is also plenty of off-street parking and the Midtown-based home office of The Malcolm Bryant Corporation provides its technologically equipped conference room to Midtown clients.
A remarkable building that once was the subject of a KET Kentucky Educational Television special that explored artist Pat Schuchard’s trompe-loi artistry, Midtown also received the Mayor’s first Streetscape 2000 Award for community beautification. Attractive, accessible and affordable, Midtown incorporates a sense of professionalism with a surpassing image of architecture and function.
